Don’t miss this presentation by three local growers/producers of farm-to-table products: Sub Edge Farm and Clatter Ridge Farm in Farmington, and MarWin Farms in New Hartford. Kenny Dahill will demonstrate three ways to prepare the nutritious and delicious duck breast—his specialty.   Lunch will include products from all three farms as well as a presentation of what “farm-to-table” really means.    Guest registration is limited and required.  A $5 donation is requested.   Call 860-677-7975 to register.
